Our newest finished project is this cozy cottage in the heart of Millerton, NY. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a powder room. An open concept kitchen brings the family all together and creates a great living area including a gorgeous living room.
The house got new windows, new roof and new plumbing. The HVAC system comes with forced air heating and cooling and an on demand water heater. Stunning wood floor got in place in every areas all over the house and we also designed a great new front deck to elevate the experience. It also has a GREAT LOCATION that means that shops, restaurants, theater, and the famous walking trail are all to walking-distance.
